How long until my card arrives?+
Most cards arrive by email within a few minutes of you completing the redemption. Please allow up to 24 hours during peak times, and check your spam folder if it doesn't appear.
My code isn't working. What do I do?+
Double-check the code from your practice — it's usually formatted like DGC-XXXX. If it still doesn't work, email us at questions@dentalgiftcard.com with your name and your dental practice's name and we'll sort it out quickly.
